Its DuPont® Cordura quick-dry, outer shell resists abrasions and tears with outstanding lightness and easy care. 
The improved performance wicking liner features DuPont® Teflon HT moisture barrier which forms an invisible water-repellant shield to keep you dry and comfortable.- Antimicrobial Protection continuously fights the growth of odor-causing bacteria to keep the vest fresh between washings.
- Activation Water Amount: The activation technique is the same for this vest as for all of our evaporative cooling vests, but you will only need about 1 to 1.5 cups of water for each size.

Easily activated with just a cup or so of water, the vest will cool for hours. It's also easily adjustable, with side buttons to tighten or loosen the vest as your child grows. And, it's tough, too! For the outer shell, we've used durable Cordura to survive the nicks, tears, and general rough-and-tumble that comes with the territory, when it comes to kids and their clothes.
